SKY - Patricia Miljanich Scholarship for Emancipated Foster Youth

The Patricia Miljanich Scholarship for Emancipated Foster Youth is awarded to a student who is attending Skyline College with a minimum GPA of 2.0 and shows financial need. Special consideration given to students who were in foster care or, as determined by the court in their state of legal residence, an emancipated minor.
