The Isaac Mejia Scholarship Fund for Middle School Outreach Program Participants targets participants of the Skyline College’s Middle School Outreach Program who are committed to attending Skyline College with the goal of earning an AA degree or transferring to a 4-year institution to earn a Bachelor’s degree.
