The Helga Burnham Watson ASTEP Scholarship is for a full time, transferring student . The student must be a member of the ASTEP learning community and demonstrate commitment to social justice & equity. Student must have a minimum 3.0 GPA with plans to transfer to Baccalaureate Degree granting institution in the upcoming academic year.
