CAN - San Mateo Scholarship for Local Government Studies Fund

This scholarship is for a part-time or full time, continuing or transferring SMCCCD student with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students must have a major compatible with public administration, public policy or a related field and participated in community service. Special consideration will be given to students with demonstrated financial need who have also met the criteria above.

The award recipient may also be offered a service learning experience, e.g. job shadow, internship, etc. with the City of San Mateo after completing coursework at the San Mateo County Community College District as opportunities become available.
