CSM - Constance Marshaye Hartley Scholarship

Each college will be able to award one CalWORKs/CARE eligible student a one-time $1,000 scholarship in the upcoming academic year. Open to Full Time and Part Time Returning and Continuing students. Preferably students in CalWORKS and CARE.
